Well the photo has been removed, and now he is backpedaling saying things like: “Miley is not stupid enough to go pantiless” “I’m not stupid enough to post such a thing that would put me in jail” ..because of course if he did post it he was posting child pornography and that is a no-no here in the US of A. So instead of saying something like:
‘Yes I did…that was stupid of me I wasn’t thinking that she was under 18..’ or, ‘I took it down immediately ..when I realized what I’d done’, like most normal folks would’ve done..he posts this!
