Belfast (N. Ireland) police have figured out a non-violent way to rid themselves of gangs of thugs that loiter. They play ice cream truck and nursery rhyme music. The teens were so offended that they left. This is based on a similar idea of the LAPD that rid themselves overnight of a drug problem on one particular street corner by re-naming the street signs: Gay Street and Pansy Square. Seems to me a whole new set of street-walking problems might arise from that idea.
