Well ya know all you black activist Reverends all look alike and it’s darn confusing to us dumb, but-good-thing-I’m-Barbie-pretty airhead-newscasters. MSNBC’s Contessa Brewer screws up royally introducing the Reverend Jesse Jackson as: The Reverend Al Sharpton. Then, she tries to cover up and say her script read that way and that “..of course we all know who you are Reverend Jackson.”
In this clip from ALLY MCBEAL: THE COMPLETE SERIES (now out on DVD), Calista Flockhart, Jane Krakowski, Courtney Thorne-Smith and Gil Bellows discuss the unisex bathroom on the show. Features scenes include those with Anne Heche, Portia De Rossi, Taye Diggs, Peter MacNicol and Greg Germann.
The show was hilarious, and the bathroom scenes helped create some of the off-the-wall humor that became a trademark of the program.
Morning anchors pranked very successfully.
