Otherwise known as “breakfast”. Pour 6 ounces of freshly brewed coffee in to a clear glass footed mug. Add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar. Stir to dissolve. Next add a jigger (one and one half ounces) of a good tasting Irish Whiskey. Stir. Then float a bit of cold(fridge temp) heavy cream on the top..if you must you can use Redi-whip…but don’t put in flavored creams! Enjoy and repeat. Sláinte!
