German dad went to police to get them to stop a 57-yr-old man from dating his 17-yr-old daughter. The police said that there was nothing that they could do. So dad took matters and the boyfriend’s testicles in to his own hands and sliced them off..taking them away with him. The boyfriend almost bleed to death but managed to call for rescue on his mobile phone.
